Refund Policy

At Original Assignment Help, we believe in fair and transparent refund practices. Our policy is designed to protect both our clients and our team of expert writers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund Scenarios

Full Refund

Work Not Started

If you cancel your order before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. This applies when cancellation is requested before we have assigned an expert or begun research.

Refund processed within 5–7 business days

50% Refund

Work In Progress

If you cancel your order after work has commenced but before delivery, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid. This covers the partial work already completed by your assigned expert.

Refund processed within 5–7 business days

Free Revision

Work Delivered but Unsatisfactory

If the delivered work does not meet your original instructions, we will provide free revisions to bring it in line with your requirements. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must be based on the original brief.

Revision completed within 24–48 hours

No Refund

Work Delivered and Approved

Once the delivered work has been approved or confirmed as satisfactory by the client, no refund will be issued. If you request a refund after approving the work, your request will not be eligible.

No exceptions apply after approval

How to Request a Refund

Step 1 — Contact Us

Step 2 — Review

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and assess it against the applicable scenario in our refund policy. We may ask for additional information to process your request.

Step 3 — Decision

We will communicate our decision to you along with the reasoning. If your refund is approved, we will confirm the refund amount and method.

Step 4 — Refund Issued

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Additional Notes

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original delivery date
  • Disputes related to deadlines missed due to client-provided incorrect information are not eligible for refunds
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will result in suspension of your account
  • We reserve the right to offer service credit in lieu of a monetary refund in certain circumstances
  • This policy applies to all orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, or direct communication
  • Price disputes must be raised before work begins. Once work has commenced at the confirmed price, the agreed price stands.
  • Additional charges resulting from client-requested requirement changes after confirmation are non-refundable once the additional work has been completed.
