1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Original Assignment Help, operated by Harviera IT Solutions LLP ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Service Terms

Original Assignment Help provides academic writing assistance, research support, proofreading, editing, and related services to students and professionals worldwide. The following terms apply to all orders:

• All work is custom-written to your specifications and provided for reference and study purposes
• You must provide accurate and complete order details, including word count, subject, academic level, and deadline
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion
• Delivery timelines begin from the point of confirmed payment and receipt of all required materials
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or unclear instructions provided by the client

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance before work commences. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Full or agreed partial payment must be received before work begins
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
• International clients may pay in USD; exchange rates apply at the time of payment
• Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and other methods agreed upon at the time of order
• All prices are inclusive of standard revisions as outlined in our revision policy
• Additional charges apply for optional add-ons such as plagiarism reports or express delivery

4. Revision Policy

We are committed to delivering work that meets your requirements. Our revision policy is as follows:

• Free revisions are available within 7 days of delivery, provided the revision request falls within the original scope of the order
• Revision requests must be based on the original instructions provided at the time of order
• Requests to change the fundamental scope, topic, or instructions after delivery are not covered under free revisions
• Additional revisions beyond the scope may be quoted separately
• We aim to complete revisions within 24–48 hours of receiving your request

5. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously and maintain strict policies to protect your identity and order details:

• All information shared with us is kept strictly confidential
• All experts and team members sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• We will never disclose your personal information or order details to third parties except as required by law

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Original Assignment Help shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Academic penalties, disciplinary action, or institutional consequences of any kind
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Pricing and Requirements

The following terms apply to all orders regarding pricing, requirements and document format:

• Clients must specify all requirements including document format (MS Word or LaTeX/Overleaf), technical tools, software and scope before order confirmation.
• Switching document format from MS Word to LaTeX or Overleaf after order confirmation will attract an additional formatting charge.
• Technical work requiring a written report must specify this requirement and the report format before confirmation. Reports are priced separately.
• Significant changes to word count or scope after confirmation may result in a price adjustment. OAH will notify the client before proceeding with any additional charges.
• Urgent order pricing applies to all orders with deadlines of 3 days or less.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
